Another beauty spot on the Croatian coast...move up from Dubrovnik, go to Korcula and then come to Hvar before moving further up...the same stuff here too...eat, walk, relax,... but in a city with a charm of its own ... stay in one of the rooms/flats people rent out ... it gives a peek into local life, is more cosy, and very convenient to find... people are sometimes standing with boards announcing available rooms with them as you descend from your ferries...

Hvar a town and a port on the south western coast of the island of Hvar; lies in a cove protected by the Pakleni Islands in the south. Main attractions are a pleasant climate, a lot of sunshine, natural be-auties, sports and recreational opportunities + wild night life. You must not forget to visit the Pakleni Islands, a small archipelago in front of a Hvar port where you can enjoy the sun and sea in one of the solitary, wooded coves. More you can enjoy in offer of excellent fish specialities with exquisite local wines (red red wine)...;)))
