Planning a Trip to Pano Platres

If you want to explore the Troodos Mountains then this is one of the best places to base yourself. The town is small, but has a number of good restaurants and hotels. There are several good walking trails in the area and Troodos itself is only a 10 minute drive away.

Don't bother with the Lania Tavern, go to the coffee shop instead and get a lunza and halloumi sandwich. It will be better than what you'd get in the tavern and will cost a lot less!
