006if your after something a little bit different to the usual touristy type holidays. check out Northern Cyprus it has yet to suffer the effects of mass tourism. it doesn't have much of a night life, most places close early but if you want your own private beach, then this is the place for you.

55035If you're visiting Paphos during the Summer months, you can save a bit of money by visitng the tombs and ruins on a Sunday or a bank holiday (like August 15th) when entrance is free of charge and the place is much less crowded with tourists.
