002Every year in August, Horsens in Denmark is transformed into a medieval town. Local and tourists alike come in hordes dressed up as knights, gentlemen and ladies of yore. Drinks are sold in a clay mugs reminiscent of the times when war is fought on foot or horses, and the only weapons of mass destruction are catapults carrying rotten carcasses of animals and fallen warriors.
