0316Odense is known as Hans Christian Andersen's hometown, so the majority of tourist attractions have to do with him and his fairy tales. His birthplace museum has really informative displays about his entire life, but my particular favorite was the children's museum, which allows children to dress up and play in scenes lifted straight from their favorite fairy tales. Definitely a great place for those with small children (under 8), or the young-at-heart...
