Get a night bus from Quito bus station to Bahia de Caráquez, from there go to the pier, and get a small boat to San Vicente, and from there a bus to Canoa. Stay in a hotel by the beach, relax, and enjoy the views, sun sea, and waves, night, musik and drinks... excellent place, nice and really cheap food.
