01226Don't pet the animals. Don't let the merchants talk you into posing with a donkey or camel, they will say its free then ask you for money afterwards. They get really mad when you say no. Don't go off to a tomb without a group. Once again they tell you its free until you try to leave. Best advice is be assertive, say NO and keep walking. They understand English and if they pretend not to say (la ah) "no" in arabic.
