Try visiting the mysterious ruins of Yeha, any guide in Aksum should be able to arrange a half-day trip. The ruins allegedly date from the 4th century b.C., but actually very little is known about the stone temple. It is built with perfectly cut giant stones with no cement, concrete or any glueing agent whatsoever, quite impressive!
