We think of mustard when we hear Dijon, but after you have visited here, you will think first of fabulous food. Dijon is a superb culinary center in France and there are numerous good restaurants. It is almost impossible to have a bad meal here. If you can fork out some serious cash, try any or all of the following four: Joel Perreaut's des Gourmets, Les Oenophiles, Le Pre aux Clercs and Stephane Derbord. If you spend your money on luxe meals (I tend to) you might want to save some cash buying a bed for the night. The hotel Premiere Classe Dijon Nord, is jsut fine and rooms run about $60-$70 a night.

Visit the spa. They are known for their healing waters! Take advantage of it.

Ville très peut intéressante. La cathédral noir en pierre de Volvic est tous de même intéressante à aller voir.

Don't visit this city. It's really boring!

Dijon 21000 Dijon is a quaint, traditional town on the way to many destinations. its a stopover for many french and German tourists but never turned into a touristy town. If your looking for good food, a modern atmosphere but still a traditional experienct, try LE SMART. The cuisine is innovative and modern combining culinary tradition with contemporary tastes.

Beautiful place, you can stay here for the rest of your life, if so. Definitely a place to visit again!

Sorry, not a favourite. It's a very nice city, lots of pretty things to look at but absolutely NO ONE speaks English! I've never been so frustrated until I travelled to Clermont-Ferrand! I even went home earlier.. I took the train to Paris and flew home from there. PS, Paris is no hit either! I'll probably never go to France again unless I'm going with someone who speaks French. So be it.
