We think of mustard when we hear Dijon, but after you have visited here, you will think first of fabulous food. Dijon is  a superb culinary center in France and there are numerous good restaurants. It is almost impossible to have a bad meal here. If you can fork out some serious cash, try any or all of the following four: Joel Perreaut's des Gourmets, Les Oenophiles, Le Pre aux Clercs and Stephane Derbord. If you spend your money on luxe meals (I tend to) you might want to save some cash buying a bed for the night. The hotel Premiere Classe Dijon Nord, is jsut fine and rooms run about $60-$70 a night.

Ville étudiante, on s'ennuie en début de semaine, les gens reste dans leur routine quotidienne mais à partir de jeudi la ville change et c'est la fête dans les bars etc jusqu'au dimanche soir...Facile pour se déplacer via le tram et les bus, aller voir un match de l'ASM rugby sa vaut le détour, super bons restos un peu partout, ville peu violente, il y a juste des endroits qu'il faut éviter seul la nuit. Beau paysage, entouré de volcans on se sent en sécurité, il faut venir au printemps début été pour vous éclater! En hiver c'est bof bof sauf si vous aimez la neige, c'est le pied!!! Peace...
