Sete, Languedoc-Roussillon, France
Hope you're able to read and understand french ! at least if you want to come and visit Sète I recommand you to try and learn a bit about the southern french accent which is quite unique !

Aigues-Mortes, Languedoc-Roussillon, France
Aigues-Mortes is a lovely small city by the sea, full of nice and local restaurants and with a strong history: In 1240, Saint Louis decided to build a city close to his kingdom in order to have a direct access to the Mediterranean Sea. That ought to be here in Aigues-Mortes, in an area of marshes, sand and water. Seven centuries later, the fortification still dominates the Camargue as one of the most well preserved medieval French building.
