Aigues-Mortes, Languedoc-Roussillon, France
Aigues-Mortes is a lovely small city by the sea, full of nice and local restaurants and with a strong history: In 1240, Saint Louis decided to build a city close to his kingdom in order to have a direct access to the Mediterranean Sea.
