092This region is home to one of the most beautiful castles you'll ever see in your life: Neuschwanstein Castle. This the castle that Cinderella's was based on and is now continued to be used in some of the trademark designs. It's technically an incomplete castle, but still amazing in any season. I was lucky enough to view it when there was fresh fallen snow and clear sunny skies. Take the time to see this. You won't regret it!

092There's the famous castle, which is nice to see, but the price to enter the building is quite high, I'd recommend to take a look around in the area and enjoy the outside view of the castle if you're not horrible fascinated by culture and history...
Further on, more than enough hotels, also in winter, worth to travel to and take some time to relax... In summer, don't forget to take something to swim ;)

095Go and visit the two beautiful castles and take your time to relax, take some walks and enjoy a nice "zimmer frei". Really nice for a short break
