Koln What to Expect

this place is such a diverse city, its astounding. it actually reminds me of Canada in a city lol. The cathedral is a MUST SEE and the shops are to die for. there were alot of couples walking around, but ladies i tell you now to stay with a friend because if not u might be subjected to massive groping from gangs of men....lol. this city also has alot of side street musicians and they are very friendly to talk to. All in all i love this city like a fat kid loves cake LMFAO!

Great hotel's, good food and rooms. park and hotel's are very kids friendly :)

In Koln we discovered that the shops close at 14:00 on Christmas Eve so don't be caught out without having finished your Christmas Shopping in time!

Be sure to check out the Chocolate Museum. on the Rhein. It shows every step in the chocolate making process and it smells wonderful - free samples too!

Go to the zoo, it is really great.

beautiful german city!!! very cool people...with its annual reggae-festival SUMMERJAM in july!!! and lets not forgert the gay scene(hugest in whole germany) nuff said :-)

Bring a water with you if you are going to climb the cathedral. Its not too many steps but its a small area with lots of people and little windows, so it gets hot... fast.
