  272313At the end of the summer holidays (September) there is a huge festival trough the entire city. At many places, some hidden some not so hidden, there are bands playing, food stands, firework and lots to drink. It's a really cool night for which all the true Speyerers come home to enjoy it and see each other again. Good tip? (0)  022211A small German city on the Rhine and the resting place of some of the earlier Holy Roman Kaisers. There is a tower which is open to the public and the road between the tower and the cathedral is littered with roadside cafes and ice cream shops in Summer. A nice relaxing day out. Good tip?
