My favourite place in the world so far. Been 3 times as it has something for everyone, young, old, singles, families. The weather is always great, plenty to do and lots of sights to keep you occupied for weeks. The locals are very friendly and always willing to help. 5 stars *****

Kos is not a good place for families with children, though the weather is great. That`s why it is a place favoured by some noisy young Brits and it usually gets pretty loud at night.

Rodos is a really windy island, another name for it is The windy island. Take with you something to protect you against wind and try wind or kite surfing at the southern side of the island.

really lovely chic island. Think beach where Shirley Valentine was filmed. Gay population for clubbing and the like. Nude bathing beaches. lovely boutique shopping, gold jewllery, artist quarters, restaurants of all varieties and bars. Beautiful beaches of different layouts. Locals relaxed and friendly. Enough to see and do in a relaxed and sunny climate

The old volcano, has a thermal spring water rich in sulfur, that's supposed to be 35 degrees Celsius, but the temperature is actually lower than that.
Apart from that it's a great diving spot, because there is more life under the surface then on Nea Kameni
