Stroll through Myrina's main street afterwards, for gift-shopping and to reach the harbor. Try some seafood or fish at one of the fish tavernas there. Have a drink at all-time classic "Kariagiozi Bar' and mix with the local young people. For culture: Visit the museum in Myrina; drive to Poliochni, built in the Final Neolithic period (4th millenium BC) and still very impressive! Rent a car to get there (and keep the car for some more days, Lemnos is worth being explored). At Thanos, Moudros Varos and Roussopouli, locate the fossilised forests At Aspolymni, Aliki and Chortarolymni (north-east of island), observe flamingos
Samos is a beautiful island with crystal clear see and beautiful beaches. Go to Lemonakia beach and small mountain village of Manolates. Not many tourists and beautiful nature. One day boat trip to ancient Ephesus, Turquia highly recommended.
