Everyone speaks English and every one is friendly.  I think the island is more green and beautiful.  It almost feels like the US.  But the closer you look it isn't.  It's a great place.  Things seems a little primitive.  But the people are great.  There are lots of dogs on Guam and most of them are pretty harmless.
