What can I say? Hawaii's Big Island has just about everything! Go play in the snow atop Mauna Kea, go swim in the beaches in Kona, see an Active volcano upclose, many small town and villages, excellent college, University of Hawaii-Hilo with an awesome Astronomy center and the new "Imiloa" where you can watch stars at the Planetarium. Awesome shopping in Hilo and in Waikoloa Village, as well as Kailua-Kona. Waikoloa Village has Louis Vuitton, Coach, Tiffany, and other "upscale" shops. Check out the Hilton Waikoloa in Kona and ride the gondola around a pond, its so much fun! Also the chandelier in the entry way to the Hilton is so big and seems like it is filled with a billion crystals you'll want to ask permission to lay on the ground and take a picture looking up! :)
