LOVE that metro! Totally airconditioned and the cleanest metro I have ever been in. When I was in Delhi it was 47 deg celcius and 90% humidity (almost ... haha) so whenever I couldn't stand it ... I just popped down in the metro (really... STRONG airconditioning).

it's hard to give tips on getting around in new delhi because the minute you step out of the station you're surrounded by all kinds of taxidrivers. it's very hard to shake 'em of and choose your own path.
