bhopal's main attraction is the lake... spend a nice evening boating and eating by the lakeside... theres a decent fastfood joint along the lakeshore, but the best views can be had from cafe coffee day where you can have coffee al fresco with a great view of the lake.

for the culturally inclined, bharat bhavan is the place... its got nice exhibition galleries and is a very interesting building (done by charles correa) by the lakeside.
