The best places to stay in Chikmagalur are the home stays offered by local coffee estate owners. It offers you a glimpse in to their world, detailed knowledge about places nearby and the process of coffee making (not to forget the steaming cups of coffee). I stayed at the Woodway Estate and it was a wonderful experience.
