Well there used to be a prison that you could take a tour of.  I wouldn't recommend it these days though.  Not much to see here.  I would avoid this area unless you have weapons and an armed escort.  LOL

keep your head down.  eyes open for IEDs, haj with crazy eyes or kids with cell phones.  Also weapon at the low ready and red status.

I don't recommend to many patriots and expatriots to visit Al Habbaniyah. Maybe someday though. It is a beautiful place with a strong history.
