0349Go there during the month of July, there's a very well-known "Salmon festival". You can try to fish salmon directly in the meddle of the river and if like me you're to impatient and you try to catch them with hands (wich is forbidden and you're out of the game) go to one of the excellent but pretty expensive restaurant and enjoy the frech salmon with baked and stuff potatoes with garlic butter. Hummmm

001big fishing town, best visited during the ballina street festival, usually early july! loada pubs, locals fav nightclub is longnecks, which is along the banks of the river Moy.
