The cable car at the Stella Maris Prominade is a fun ride. Take it down and walk around the Navy Museum/Museum of Clandestine Immigration, stop for ice cream at Yotvata and ride it back up. It's a nice day (note--if you keep Kosher, stick to packaged ice cream at Yotvata as they are open on Shabbat).
