I lived in Viterbo, Italy, in 2005. It was such an incredible town and experience that I have written a book about it, which is being released Sept, 2010- Beyond the Pasta: Recipes, Language & Life with an Italian Family. Inside these pages you will discover what it was like to live with an Italian family and learn to cook from the grandmother and take language lessons from the daughter. While in Viterbo, I went to many of the neighboring towns during their many summer festivals. You'll feel as if you yourself had traveled to this fantastic and still somewhat undiscovered part of northern Lazio.
