La Spezia Travel Guide

Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso al Mare - these five villages, the forbidding coastline they're situated on as well as the surrounding hillside compose the Cinque Terre just a few kilometres away from La Spezia. There is a railway starting in La Spezia which links all the villages. You can get a return ticket and hop on and off at every stop. But you should definately not miss out on the georgeous walk that runs along the coast through the whole area. The villages themselves are very picturesque and definately worth a visit!
