Siniscola, Sardinia Region, Italy
Very small, rocky village; there is a little nice supermarket in it, where you can buy "panini" and let them fill with ham and cheese. Nightlife on the coast only. People watch you and have a very decent way to behave, so don't go strolling naked. And if you ask informations, be always nice and friendly and try in italian, they will apreciate the gesture and really help you!

If you're looking for a nice quiet beach, very friendly people, beautiful clear waters and old ruins, this is the place. Most of the tourist there, are Italians on vacation and they are just so friendly I was amazed ! There is a cave you can swim in on the left side of the beach, go check it out, it's really nice.

Sardinia Region Culture
Alghero, Sardinia Region, Italy
Alghero Sardinia Italy A beautiful, traditional ancient port town. Although the island of Sardinia is a 'mountain food culture' due to the many conquests and forced relocation to the mountain tops. However, in Alghero, you can find excellent fresh fish dishes many still stemming from the Catalan Spanish influence from the 1300's- TRY: Granseola alla bosana
whole crabs stuffed with onions, boiled potatoes and extra virgin olive oil.

Sardinia Region Arts & Recreation
Poetto, Sardinia Region, Italy
Not to bad to be Cagliari's beach.... But usually it's crowded in week-ends. There are not trees of any kind so if u wanna go and don't want to get burned u should seriously think about bringing a lot of sun protection and a umbrella. At night it lives a lot with all the small bars all around, with live music and shows and somewhere karaoke. Water is not that deep so it's good even for kids and not expert swimmers

Torre Grande, Sardinia Region, Italy

Alghero, Sardinia Region, Italy
Quite little but one of the most charming cities of Sardinia: from its oldest part inside the ancient fortress, full of locals and typical restaurants where you can have dinner sitting in front of the sea, to the newest "Barceloneta", where you can walk down to the port and to the farther lido, tasting a delicious icecream and having a glance at the numerous stands. Great beaches, stunning sea and sun, sun, sun. Beautiful places for snorkeling, sailing and surfing.

Cagliari, Sardinia Region, Italy
Visit Cagliary after May, as it gets much nicer in summer period. Otherwise it is almost impossible to swim, because of cold.
All kinds of sea food is really cheap and you can get it in every restuarant.
There are many beautiful places that are not known for tourists, therefore it is better to ask for traveling advice the local residents.
