Cute little village on the top of a mountain overlooking the pianura di Catania. There is some absolutely gorgeous canelloni di ricotta to be had in a cafe at the main piazza. Every village and bakery has its own recipe and this one is so famous that the owner of the cafe allegedly keeps the recipe in a safe. To die for!!!
