Garda Travel Guide

Not far from Garda there is Punta San Vigilio. First of all, it is a luxury hotel. But there is also a small church which you can visit, a small park, an a small pub directly at the water. Punta San Vigilio is said to be the most beautiful place at the west coast of Lake Garda. Not to forget, there is this luxury beach. However, you have to pay and I think it is rather expensive. It is not a sandbeach, anyway. If you want to go there, you should not be too late otherwise you will have difficulties finding a parking place. 10 a.m. is a good time to go there.

Gardaland in Garda, Veneto Region, Italia! This is a great attractionparc in Italia!! It is an extremely big parc and it isn't quite doable in one day only. The attractions vary greatly, some of them are terrifying and others are really relaxing. When you're pregnant or have back problems of severe kind, it isn't a good idea to go, because you won't be able to do much without putting yourself in danger. The parc has a hotel by the way. I think it is great and I hope I am not the only one...

Lago di Garda or Lake Garda is just beautiful. The south east part of the coast is very touristy, which is a pity in a way.
We always stayed on the northwest coast and we did love it!

Lasize ie is always crowded because of the many campsites and the water playgarden they got there.

Moniga ie, on the opposite, is a nice little town, as is Salo which is a bit bigger and has more to explore.
