there's metro so we can move round nagoya easily, and nagoya is between kyoto and tokyo so you can travel there from nagoya.of course there's airport!come to nagoya!

If you arrive into Kansai airport, you may take the airport express train in the Osaka or Namba area. It is about 1,000 Yen and takes only 45 mins. It is much easier than taking the airport shuttle bus.

Rent a bike to get around. Its so easy to get from place to place with a bike. There are a couple of places around the train station that rent bikes, just look out for them.

If you are ever bored, and don't have much time before your bullet train, the area around Nagoya station has tons or department stores, snack places and wonderful restraunts. You can easily spend a day window shopping within five minutes of the station and not see it all!

Shizuoka city train station is also a station for bus service, which is cheaper and great if you've got the time or don't mind overnight trips.
