Kyoto Dos and Don'ts

You can spend weeks in Kyoto, but be sure you don't make an overdose of temples, otherwise they will all start looking the same after a while! And don't forget to go to Pontocho and Gion at night, you can spot some geishas if you're lucky. Go to Nishiki market for some food shopping.

08/07...京都...天橋立... 轉乘車站...


早上先坐奈良線去京都郊區的伏見稻荷大社...

因為去得早...天還有些小雨...去到稻荷大社真的是鬼影也不多一只...

相機自動調過光暗...所以照出來的效果光度還夠...

但其實當時只是早上六點...進去神社天灰陰陰的...非常恐怖... 稻荷大社最出名的就是這鳥居群...

全長4.6km...一直往山上去...

如果全走完...今天估計就不用去其它地方了...

所以斑竹在中途回頭...離開大社... 去大社時還沒到上班高峰期...但離開時就撞上上班族回京都...
在香港最多只是擠到會碰住對方...但在往京都的電車上已是擠到陷進別人身體中去了...
一開始擠在幾個女孩中間問題還不大...
一站過後上來幾個人...斑竹發現自己的左手被兩個男人的屁股夾住...抽也抽不出來...
這感覺真 是気持ち悪い ...

day trip to Gion as close to evening as possible to see Geishas making their way to teahouse appointments.

Local transportation works fine, the buses are cheap enough. Obviously if you're in Kyoto you're gonna hit all the famous temples, which are of course in different locations, so if there's a day pass (I didn't check, we didn't use the buses much) get it, it'll be worth it. I'd recommend however renting a scooter if you can, just cause the roads and traffic are great and its funner to get around in.
