03617In Kagoshima / Kyushu Japan visit that island, Sakurajima where there is a vulcano. you get there by some little boat it doesn't cost much. also you can do hop on those busses that drive you through the city. it's quite good since they have it in english as well :-)

01311Although Kagoshima is an absolutely wonderful place, do try to avoid going there in July or August. They have a horrible combination of heat and humidity there. If you do go during that time, bring a little portable electric fan. Take it with you always.
