Miyazaki Travel Guide

This is my hometown famous for its warm climate and the beauty of nature. While you can enjoy swimming in the sea in summer, there is the southest ski ground in Japan. Its beautiful coast line has been attracting many travellers. Takachiho district, the north west part of Miyazaki prefecture, is well known as The Home of Japanese Myth. There is the most beautiful water fall I've ever heard, Takachiho-kyo. Many professional sports clubs of Japan and Korea do spring training in Miyazaki. In addition, there is a famous golf tournament, Pheonix Open, in which Tiger Woods participate annually.   If I have to mention the bad aspect of this city, it's lack of public transpotation. I recommend you to rent a car to travel around.

The coast down from Mizazyki is beautiful. Rent a car in Miyazaki and spend the day driving south to Cape Toi and enjoy the wonderful views with stopovers along the way.
