This is the most wonderful little city north of Tokyo.  The people are amazing and the local DJ's tear up the clubs.
Check out Nwana Pub, Roxy Pub and anything done by the Phoenix Crew.
If you're looking for cultural sights there is not a lot to see here but you will love the people.
