This is Jersey. Anyone visiting this island should (be prepared to) eat seafood, seafood and again... seafood. Because you're surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, the fish served in St Aubin's various restaurants is so fresh you'd almost expect it to wink at you -- if only fish could wink... But anyways, try the Courthouse Inn, or the Salty Dog -- and be sure to ask for mussels, crab, lobster and.. oysters, of course.
