There is an open air restaurant there, which makes this plave even better, the downside is the service there. But if want to taste a traditional Lithuanian, just go a bit further till Palanga, tehre you will find HBH or as it is originally called Pas Juozo Restaurant which is absolute masterpiece

04014Not worth a trip in itself but the couple of street around the town centre are picturesque. The place to go, however, is the Curonian spit - hire a bicycle and cycle down to Nida - or at least part of the way - and see Europe's biggest sand dunes
