001Nice and relatively cheap food in most of the local restaurants in the city centre. Absolutely beautiful pizza at MILANO, a pizzeria located inside an old style rather soviet-looking restaurant, A. Mickeviciaus Street.

Kaunas is also the home town of George Maciunas, the father of Fluxus art. So don't forget to go the picture gallery, where a big part of the museum is dedicated to it.
