Escch-sur-Sure:  To find this beautiful pictoresque town stay off the main highway, go through the country side! It is an old village surrounded by many different trees, castles, and a town bridge worthy of a postcard.

le postillion is a small, clean and cheap hotel to stay. it's right on the foot of the castle. go by feet up there and have a beautiful look over the village.
