Luxembourg History

Great blend of cultures from all her larger neighbors, Luxembourg is the capital of the like-named country. A walk on the casements allows for a grand view of the city, plus the addition of history and exercise for free.

A fascinating walk around the city will show up elements of Luxembourg´s rich history from its foundation in about 900 AD to the many conquerors who annexed the state to the present day. Lots of cheap cigars and petrol (no tax on tobacco or petrol). Most of the residents speak French, English and German in that order.
