Maldives Dos and Don'ts
Travel Tips for Dos and Donts in MaldivesHelengili, Maldives Going to Helegeli for a diving holiday, don't forget your medical and scuba certificate. The local diving center is really serious about it and won't let you dive if you don't show it.
Very good dive poits and dives. Many shars, also really big Hammer-Heads. If you're lucky and in the right season you'll meed many Mantas. Good tip? Good tip? (0) Maldive Islands, Maldives Don't forget that the Maldives is a Muslim country, so local culture means that no alcohol is allowed to be brought from other countries. Good tip? The capital island is well worth a visit if you want something more than just staying at a resort. It's perfectly safe to walk around and do some shopping or eat some local food and learn a bit about the people who live here. Highly recommended! Good tip?
