Best Tacos in Cabo!!
Los Claros Tacos is a great local Taco place 3 blocks away from the tourist strip.  The smoked Marlin tacos are quite tasty along with the ceviche and the Scallop and Cactus tacos!  Three tacos, one ceviche, two waters came out to less than $10USD!  A local singer with a guitarra also strummed and sang tunes as you dine away on your delicious bounties!

Timeshare Hookups!!
Right after arriving at San Jose Airport there will be an entourage of sales guys waiting for you as you look for transportation.  Each rep has deals with local resorts that will offer you approximately $200-250 in incentive trade.  This may be in the form of local excursions (i.e. Scuba dive trips, ATV excursions, snorkeling trips, glass bottom boat rides, fishing trips, etc.), shuttle bus/taxi trips or rental cars.  WARNING: The trade up is the rep scheduling you for a timeshare presentation (walkthrough of a model and sales pitch).  You can choose to buy into the timeshare or not.  Afterwards you'll head over to the excursion desk to get your issue of excursion/travel vouchers. After that, you're on your way to burn $200-250 in vouchers at your discretion!  Vouchers can be scheduled through your concierge and cashed in at your respective excursion venue/vendor.  We experienced the full process and also compared our experience with comparable packages and it worked for several couples.

Great trip to take if you can rent a car and drive up the Baja coast and surf random point breaks and beach breaks.  Avoid surfing Zippers, or any other spots close to cabo san lucas, all psycho locals that break your rental car windshield and chase your friends into the urchin covered rocks on the inside break.  Typical tourist area as far as Cabo goes, but take two days to drive north through baja and surf beautiful breaks spotted along the side of the highway, spend a night in todos santos, surf there and eat at the Original Hotel California. Epic side trip to take inside a vacation
