Cozumel ADD TO LIST (1 reviews) Playa del Carmen, Yucatan Peninsula, Mexico This islands fun b/c you get away from the tourists a little and you still get the sweet hotels. It's a beautiful place to SCUBA. 5. The pace in San Jose del Cabo is nothing like Cabo san Lucas. San Jose feels like it is the real Mexico and not just the tourist Mexico.
