Travel Tips from people who've been to Monterrey
You don´t need to exchange money here prior to you arrival, the ATM machines accept all major cards plus cirrus and maestro cards. If you do however wish to bring cash, bring USD as you will get far more for your money. Food and nightlife are abundent here, I can recommend XBOX cafe for the best Pizza´s in town, and Señor Tenaka for the best sushi. Night life...well just head downtown into the center and experience it for yourself.
Women travellers, i wouldn´t recommend coming here alone, come with a crowd or with a guy, safety first!!!. Good tip?
