Monte-Carlo Travel Guide

If you go to Monte Carlo to see the F1 race, don't miss the parties on the yachts on Saturday and Sunday night after the qualifications and the race. Undoubtedly you'll meet Bernie, Slavica, some drivers and other mogules of the F1 world, but also a few sheikhs, and you even may encounter (as I did) Prince Albert of Monaco and Princess Caroline. Of course, you have to play at The Casino, or just drool over the most expensive cars in the world parked in front of it. Hint of richness: taxi drivers drive new Mercedes S Class... :))

Monte-Carlo is one of Monaco's various administrative areas. It is known for its casinos, gambling, glamour, and for sightings of famous people. Monte-Carlo is home to most of the Circuit de Monaco, on which the Formula One Monaco Grand Prix takes place; it also hosts world championship boxing bouts, the Monte-Carlo Masters, European Poker Tour Grand Final and the World Backgammon Championship as well as fashion shows and other events.

Feel rich and refined by sipping on a cocktail in the saphire bar, outside the sun casino. Im not a gambler, so the casinos dont really interest me, although you need to go into the Grand at least once, regardless. Order a nutty martini at the saphire, sure it's €15, but would you lose more in the casino?
