Budva Travel Guide

Budva is a jewel on the Adriatic Coast, in Montenegro (former Yugoslavia). It is in the vincinity of Dubrovnik (Croatia) and not far from it is Sveti Stefan, another jewel on a half island. The food is great, the people are great and the old town of Budva is full of nice shops and excellent restaurants. It is a pleasure to walk on cobble stones among the old, well restaured buildings.

Budva is a beautiful little city in Montenegro, with a nice beach. You have the old town with little small streets filled with shops and a nice little fort to visit. It is a place to relax and no more, this place is for people who just want to enjoy the sun and relax. And it's not expensive.

A great and cheap place on the coast where there is not much to do activity wise but if you want to just chill out or drink yourself crazy...the beaches have it all. But be careful, the beaches are all stone and not sand which is something I did not like in particular.
