While being in Montenegro, you need to really watch out if you're hitch-hiking. On the border of Montenegro and Albania smuggling weapons, drugs or... women isn't anything weird or uncommon. I had a situation in which two guys tried to kindap me and my friend. Female travelers are recommended to travel at least in couples. Apart from that, the area is beautiful.

I don't remember the name of the restaurant, but it's located at the Old Town, the upper-left quater. There's a great view from there and the meals are delicious (I had money only for bread and cheese, but my friends enjoyed their meals)!

Ulcijn is peaceful place. Nearby the sea, nearby Albanian boarder. Great views, beautiful people, mountains&beach, all you need to rest.
