Beni Enzar (also Beni Anzar) is the Moroccan border town across the frontier of the Spanish autonomous exclave city of Melilla on the North African coast.  Beni Enzar is situated on the Sebkha Bou Areq Lagoon.  Amazigh is widely spoken; Arabic, French and Spanish are also spoken there.

You can exchange euros for Moroccan dirham in a small shop here and catch a bus onward to Nador.  If traveling to Melilla, Spain, this is your last chance to fill up on authentic Moroccan mint tea.  Be sure to get your passport stamped when entering Melilla (if you are a non-EU citizen), or, based on experience, prepare for trouble with the Spanish guardia civil when departing Melilla for mainland Spain...
