 02238If you've seen solitaire on a Namibian map and thougth that it is a big place (most of the maps show Solitaite as a huge ball on the map, almost as big as Windhoek or Keetmanshoop), be aware that you won't find anything beside petrol and some fod supplies here! It's a cool place to take some pictures though, a true Namibian town stuck in the middle of a no-man land! Good tip? (0)  004Don't stay in Solitaire, continue to Sesriem an stay in Sossusvlei Lodge... luxury lodge right at the entrance gate to the famous Sesriem Canon and Sossusvlei, renowned for the highest sand dunes in the world...
