Lovely small city with a castle! Best time to visit is the spring or summer, when there are lots of people from all over the world for the watersport. Best cafe is 'de Kwikkel', located in between 3 harbours, next to the main bridge, just look for the older white building, you can't miss it. Outside there's the terrace so you can watch people and boats, inside it's all wooden, cosy furnished. When you order a coffee/cappuccino you automatically get a small shot of liquor as well...
